Arne Slot's X-rated Liverpool Premier League title outburst amid Arsenal battle
Liverpool manager Arne Slot threatened to blame Michael Oliver if his side don't win the Premier League title amid their battle with Arsenal, following the 2-2 draw with Everton at Goodison Park.
The Merseyside derby descended into chaos last month after angry scenes were sparked following James Tarkowski's late equaliser for the hosts. Liverpool were first incensed that the goal was not ruled out after what they deemed to be a foul in the build-up.
However, they were then enraged when Abdoulaye Doucoure decided to celebrate in front of the travelling supporters. Curtis Jones was quick to start grappling with the Everton central midfielder with both men receiving second yellow cards, earning them one-match bans respectively.

As Oliver recovered from that incident another one was soon to come when Slot approached him and shook his hand. The referee quickly pulled out a red card leaving many to question exactly what was said by the Dutchman.
On Tuesday, the full report into the exchange has been released and it claims that Slot made a threat about the title race to Oliver. The FA report reveals: "It was alleged that Slot's manner was confrontational and aggressive.
"It was alleged that he initially used abusive words whilst shaking the referee’s hand including that the referee had 'f****** give them everything' and that Slot hoped the referee was 'proud of that performance.' The referee thereafter confirms (having reviewed the video footage to clarify) that he was approached again by Slot around one minute later.
"In this exchange, Slot once again shook the referee’s hand and said: 'If we don’t win the league, I’ll f****** blame you.' It is then further alleged that Slot turned to the assistant referee and shouted twice that it was 'f****** disgrace.'
"As a result of Slot’s conduct, he was shown a red card by the referee." The FA has now confirmed that Slot admitted the charge brought against him for acting in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards both the match referee and an assistant referee.
His punishment is a two-match touchline ban and a £70,000 fine. Slot's suspension does not carry over into the Champions League and having already served one of his two match ban, he will complete his punishment this Saturday at home to Southampton.
