Arsenal full squad for Crystal Palace Carabao Cup tie revealed as big Bukayo Saka decision made
Arsenal return to action tonight for the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Crystal Palace at Emirates Stadium. The Gunners will be looking to bounce back from another draw in the Premier League which has seen them drop four points in their last two games and remain third in the table.
During that time, current pace-setters Liverpool have only been able to pick one point themselves - following their comeback against Fulham last Saturday and the postponement of the Merseyside Derby the previous weekend. Six points now separates the two teams with Chelsea in between having won all five of their last league games.
Focus is elsewhere for the time being, however, as Arsenal attempt to reach a semi-final for the first time in three years. While the Carabao Cup is not exactly the major priority, for Premier League teams, when it gets down to the last-eight interest certainly increases.

For the Gunners, it is a home tie against Palace - three days before they travel to Selhurst Park for a league match against the same opponents. Arteta has already confirmed that two players will miss out upon delivering a Declan Rice injury update after he departed the clash against Everton on Saturday with an injury.
"He's [Rice] fine," the Arsenal boss revealed in a press conference. "We will make the decision on whether he's available or not. Alex [Zinchenko] and Riccy [Riccardo Calafiori] will still be out of the squad for tomorrow." Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu are also unavailable with goalkeeper Neto ineligible to feature.
With their quarter-final arriving before a busy run of fixtures in the Premier League, Arteta could be tempted to rotate. As such, the likes of Jakub Kiwior, Gabriel Jesus, Ethan Nwaneri and Raheem Sterling will be among those hoping for a start.
The latter could even dislodge England star Bukayo Saka from the starting XI to give him a well earned rest with the Eagles also likely to make changes. Rice or Saka being left out of the squad entirely seems unlikely, however, with Arsenal having a great chance to reach the semi-finals.
If they are able to get past Oliver Glasner's side, one of Manchester United, Tottenham, Liverpool, Southampton, Newcastle or Brentford will await for a two-legged tie. With that being said, football.london has taken a look at the squad Arteta is likely to select.
Possible 20-man Arsenal squad:
Goalkeepers: David Raya, Tommy Setford.
Defenders: Gabriel Magalhaes, William Saliba, Jurrien Timber, Jakub Kiwior, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ayden Heaven.
Midfielders: Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Mikel Merino, Thomas Partey, Jorginho, Ethan Nwaneri.
Attackers: Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Leandro Trossard, Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus.
