Arsenal earned a crucial 1-0 victory over Wolves on Saturday to keep their Premier League title hopes alive.

Riccardo Calafiori's second-half goal was enough for Mikel Arteta's side after Lewis-Skelly's controversial sending-off at Molineux. The Gunners sit six points behind league leaders Liverpool, with Arne Slot's team also having a game in hand.

There is still plenty to play for this season for Arsenal as they also look to overturn a two-goal deficit in the Carabao Cup semi-finals against Newcastle whilst also competing in Europe. Below are some of the latest media reports from around the Emirates Stadium...

Cunha boost

Matheus Cunha reportedly favours a move to Arsenal over other Premier League rivals. The Wolves forward has been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium, Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham and Nottingham Forest.

However, Teamtalk claims that the Gunners' title challenge has persuaded the Brazilian to choose Arteta's men.

football.london's Isaac Seelochan says: "It makes sense that Arsenal are favoured and if they can get a deal done in January, it could be an extremely exciting end to the season for Gunners' fans."

Saliba 'interest'

Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender William Saliba. Spanish publication Fichajes claims that Los Blancos are desperate to improve their defence because of the constant injury problems at the back.

And the report claims that they have identified Saliba as a potential target. It is said that Madrid are willing to pay big money to sign the French international defender, although a January deal is extremely unlikely.

football.london's Isaac Seelochan says: "This would be a disaster for Arsenal. Arteta will know if they are to achieve anything in the future under him, Saliba must stay.

"Real Madrid pursuing their interest in Salib would be a nightmare twist for Arsenal - and one Arteta will be hoping he can avoid."
