The best NFC Championship anytime TD scorer bets for Eagles vs. Commanders
The beautiful thing about a conference championship between divisional rivals is we've already seen these teams play twice before. That gives us a few data points to guide our bets for the week, including those tricky anytime touchdown scorer bets.
These teams obviously know what each other wants to do, so nothing is a guarantee. But sometimes you just have to do what you do best and dare the other team to stop it. That's what we should expect to see Sunday, especially from the team that runs the ball really well. With that said, these are my favorite touchdown scorer bets from the game, with odds from BetMGM.
AFC CHAMPIONSHIP: Best TD bets for Bills vs. Chiefs
1. Saquon Barkley (-225)
Yeah, sure the odds are -225, but nobody is a more sure bet to score a touchdown this week. Barkley combined for four touchdown in the two games versus Washington in the regular season, and one of those games was with Kenny Pickett at quarterback for three quarters.
2. Saquon Barkley (+260)
Oh, did I say Saquon Barkley already? Screw it. Bet on him again. Matter fact, you can get his odds to score twice at +260 at BetMGM. Grab those while you're at it, because if the Eagles are going to the Super Bowl, they'll be riding Barkley into the big game. He can handle it.
3. Jalen Hurts (-125)
Once Barkley gets rolling, I'm not sure how exactly the Commanders can expect to also keep eyes on Hurts. If he doesn't pull and score on an option like he did against the Rams, he'll probably get in on a tush push.
4. Terry McLaurin (+140)
If the Eagles get ahead the way the six-point spread suggests, Washington will have to air it out a lot and that benefits nobody more than McLaurin, who has a touchdown in seven of the Commanders' last eight games, including both playoff games and their Week 16 win over Philly.
5. Austin Ekeler (+275)
This is somewhat a value pick, but I like Ekeler at these odds to find the end zone. He missed Washington's last game against Philadelphia after outgaining Brian Robinson in the first game -- all through the air -- and Robinson struggled in his absence. So, I wouldn't be surprised if Ekeler gets involved early and often in this one, especially if the Commanders fall behind.
6. A.J. Brown (+160)
No player had more combined targets or yards in the first two Eagles-Commanders games than Brown, who went for eight catches, 97 yards and a touchdown the last time these teams played. He'll have opportunities to score.
