Billy Gilmour is set to be dropped for Napoli's crunch clash against Roma - with boss Antonio Conte left reeling after his team for the Serie A fixture was apparently leaked.

Gli Azzurri go into Sunday's meeting a point clear of Atalanta, Fiorentina, Inter Milan and Lazio in a tight race at the top of the table, and will likely lose the pole position before they even take to the pitch at the Diego Maradona Stadium this weekend. And local Naples station Radio Marte (via areanapoli.it) claim they have obtained the inside track of how Napoli will line-up against Roma, who recently re-appointed Claudio Ranieri for a third spell in the dugout in the Italian capital after dismissing Ivan Juric.

They report that Scotland star Gilmour - who has impressed having started the last five games - will lose his place in the team to Slovakian midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, who has recently returned from injury. They also add that Uruguay left back Mathias Olivera will get the nod over Leonardo Spinazzola, despite only getting back from international duty on Friday.

However, the reported leak makes no mention of Gilmour's compatriot Scott McTominay, who is set to retain his starting berth. The 27-year-old has already established himself as a ky cog in Conte's Scudetto chasing side scoring three goals in his first 10 appearances including the opener in a 1-1 draw with Inter at San Siro before the international break.
