Blackpool boss Steve Bruce opens up on interest in Hull City striker target
Steve Bruce says it would take a 'hell of an offer' to prise striker Kyle Joseph away from Blackpool, with Hull CIty understood to be keen on the Scotland Under-21 international.
City are thought to have enquired about the seven-goal Seasiders frontman as they look to bolster their attacking options in January, having struggled for goals this season.
New head coach Ruben Selles is desperate to add attacking options this month and has already signed three players who he feels can make a difference in the final third, and City see Joseph as a player capable of making the step up from League One, where he's bagged seven goals in 24 games this term.

Hull Live understands the Bloomfield Road club want close to £2.5m for the 23-year-old former Wigan Athletic youngster, who has a contract on the Fylde Coast until the summer of 2026, but both clubs are some distance away from their respective valuations.
“There’s been a few reports, but I think it’s more speculation than anything else just yet," City's legendary former boss said. "It would take a hell of an offer for me to consider anything like that because Kyle epitomises what I like in a football player.
“Why wouldn’t there be interest, he’s a very good player. Every footballer has a price, but I don’t think we’re that far down the line, there’s been a registered interest but that’s football. Whether anything materialises, we’ll see.
“We all like Kyle and what he gives the team. He gives everything a supporter would want, and myself. If there’s been registered interest then you can understand why. I don’t think the Shrewsbury fans are happy that we’ve signed (Tom) Bloxham, it happens in football.”
