Brighton XI vs Nottingham Forest: Joao Pedro on bench - Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest
Joao Pedro is on the bench for Brighton’s game against Nottingham Forest.
The Brazilian suffered up a knock while on international duty and has since missed Brighton’s last two matches.
He was not in the squad for last weekend’s draw with Ipswich or the midweek Carabao Cup win over Wolves, and is only fit enough for a place among the substitutes against Forest
Fabian Hurzeler makes two changes from the 0-0 draw with Ipswich as Pervis Estupinan returns to make his first start since April. That means Jack Hinshelwood moves into central midfield.
The other change is Simon Adingra replacing Yankuba Minteh out wide.
Danny Welbeck leads the line again, while Georginio Rutter getting the nod.
James Milner (hamstring), Solly March (knee) and Matt O’Riley (ankle) remain out.
Confirmed Brighton XI: Verbruggen, Estupinan, Dunk, Van Hecke, Veltman, Hinshelwood, Adingra, Baleba, Rutter, Mitoma, Welbeck
