Bristol City player ratings vs QPR: Jason Knight stands out as Max O'Leary error denies Reds win
Max O'Leary - 4
Having had so little to do throughout the game, the City stopper got everything wrong as he came out to try and tackle Paul Smyth for QPR's goal. He misjudged that and paid the price for his error.

Cam Pring - 7
Like he did in the comfortable win over Argyle a few weeks back, the left-back got into some really good positions going forward and dealt with everything thrown at him from a defensive standpoint.
Luke McNally - 7
The centre-back won't have had many afternoons as comfortable as that. He barely had anything to do without the ball and posed an attacking threat in possession. With each passing week, he is looking more and more comfortable in the Robins' backline.
Rob Dickie - 7
While he didn't have an awful lot to do, his passing was a bit wayward at times. Other than that, he was as calm as ever to help the Reds build from the back and keep the visitors at arm's length. Would have been more than worthy of a clean sheet.
Zak Vyner - 7
Once again asked to do a job out of position at right-back and did everything that was required of him. Carved out a couple of scoring chances and offered an outlet going forward and that was so important in the first half especially.
Jason Knight - 8
As he was against Sunderland, the City skipper covered every blade of grass both in attack and defence to give the Robins some real energy in the middle of the park. He has bounced back well after a difficult afternoon at Fratton Park last week.
Max Bird - 7
Deployed deeper alongside Knight and played some really good passes to cut open the QPR defence. Was slightly loose in the tackle but added a bit of technical quality that helped the Robins get into some really good scoring positions.
Anis Mehmeti - 7
As he was last time out at Ashton Gate, the Albanian winger was electric and carried a constant threat. Of course, he could have been a bit more polished in the final third but was the Robins' main outlet going forward.
George Earthy (off for Sam Bell, 77') - 6
In what was his first start in his preferred attacking midfield position, the West Ham loanee got into some really good areas but lacked that cutting edge to find the net or carve out a real chance. Did himself no harm but not quite the impact most expected.
Yu Hirakawa (off for Scott Twine, 59') - 5
Kept his place on the right wing after a mixed evening at the Stadium of Light and while he wasn't quite at his best, he did pose a threat but couldn't make the impact needed.
Nahki Wells (off for Fally Mayulu, 77') - 6
Having been restored to the starting line-up against his former side, the 34-year-old lead the line well and really linked things together at the top of the pitch. Perhaps should have scored himself but another solid performance from the veteran.
Substitutes:
Scott Twine - 7
The attacking midfielder couldn't have made more of an impact off the bench as he curled home an excellent free-kick with his first touch. Didn't do too much else but that quality is why he was brought to Ashton Gate.
Sam Bell - 6
Fally Mayulu - 6
