Bristol Rovers make double loan decision with pair set to remain in National League
Bristol Rovers teenagers Kofi Shaw and Dan Ellison are set to remain at National League clubs Yeovil Town and Aldershot Town for the rest of the season after productive loan spells.
Shaw has come through the youth ranks at Rovers before making his first-team debut in the final game of last season away at Wigan Athletic before featuring in EFL Trophy matches against Tottenham Under-21s, in which he scored, and Swindon Town this term alongside his first league start away at Peterborough United, another start in the Carabao Cup at Cardiff City and a substitute appearance against Barnsley.

The 17-year-old has impressed at the Glovers in his 11 National League appearances, scoring against Hartlepool United and Forest Green Rovers. However, against the latter the young forward was shown two yellow cards and is currently back training with the Gas while he serves his suspension.
Meanwhile, Ellison has also enjoyed a successful start to life in the National League with Aldershot, although a few minor injuries have prevented consistent game time. However, the hope is that that will present itself imminently with the 19-year-old confirmed to be staying put in Hampshire.
Having impressed at Chippenham Town in the National League South last season, Rovers bought the centre-back in the summer as one of their 16 signings. Bar a couple of pre-season appearances, the teenage defender is yet to feature for the first-team but has impressed in the fifth tier so far and boasts exciting potential.
16-year-old striker Ollie Dewsbury has also been impressing on loan at Yate Town while Jerry Lawrence and Micah Anthony have been at National League South outfit Bath City.
