How Burgess is doing his bit to support Wire's academy tour plans
WARRINGTON Wolves fans will get the chance to hear in-depth from their head coach before the start of the 2025 season.
And in doing so, they will be helping to raise funds for an enriching tour for their Academy side.
Just as they did in 2023, the Wire youngsters will be heading on a post-season tour of Australia at the end of this year with fundraising events taking place throughout the year.
One of them will see head coach Sam Burgess sit down for an in-depth, on-stage conversation about his career and life.
Former Sky Sports rugby league presenter Eddie Hemmings will host the evening, which takes place in The Halliwell Jones Stadium’s 40/Twenty Lounge on Wednesday, February 5, 6.30pm arrival for a 7pm start.
Tickets cost £25 each, which includes a curry supper, with all proceeds going towards the Australia tour.
