'Cannot risk' - Ruben Amorim gives Alejandro Garnacho injury update before Man United vs Fulham
Manchester United's head coach Ruben Amorim has explained Alejandro Garnacho isn't starting against Fulham because he has a knock. Amorim said Garnacho could not be "risked" but suggested the youngster could be involved from the bench at some stage.
United welcome Fulham to Old Trafford in the FA Cup fifth round on Sunday afternoon and they are looking to record back-to-back victories after winning against Ipswich Town in midweek.
Amorim has made just two changes to his starting team to face Fulham. Noussair Mazraoui and Christian Eriksen have come into the side for Patrick Dorgu and Garnacho respectively.

Dorgu was shown a straight red card against Ipswich, meaning he's now serving a three-match suspension, and Garnacho has been named on the bench because he is not 100 per cent fit.
Amorim discussed his team selection with MUTV ahead of kick-off and said: "Every game is important for us, we want to improve our performance and keep the connection that we kept in the last game with our fans. We need to win games at home and play well.
"It's just another game that we must win. We need to be really focused, like we were in the last game in the small details, like we were with the set-pieces. We played well with 11 players and suffered as a team with 10 players, so we need to understand the momentum of the game.
"Chris (Eriksen) is working really well and Garna (Garnacho) has a knock. We cannot risk players at this moment, but because this is a cup game and it is decided today, we have Garna on the bench if we need him.
"It was just a rotation in the team to have fit players. Everybody needs to feel important and we need to win the game to go to the next stage and we cannot risk any player at this moment."
Garnacho went straight down the Old Trafford tunnel when he was replaced in the first half against Ipswich on Wednesday, but he apologised to Amorim and offered to pay for the team's dinner.
"He came to me," Amorim said at his pre-match press conference. "Was funny because the next day he came to me to my office. I did some investigation and he went to the dressing room, changed his clothes because he was wet, he watched the game not on the bench and at the end of the game he was there and went home. So there is not an issue there.
"He's a young kid that will learn. The important thing was the next morning he was speaking with me. I think we need to see that small things like walking out onto the pitch - because (Joshua) Zirkzee did the same thing (after he was substituted on 33 minutes against Newcastle in December) and the context was different - but it was the same thing.
"We have to understand the situation, the context, the age of the players, of course they have to be better. They have to understand perception here is really important. But you can deal with that the next day and move on so let's just move on."
