Plenty of endeavour, but didn't quite reach the level of previous performances. Subbed.

Dimitrios Goutas 7

Had a couple of wobbles against Armstrong one-on-one, but made some good contributions at the back.

Joel Bagan 7

Made a number of really crucial clearances and blocks when needed most.

Callum O'Dowda 7

Looked lively on the left-hand side. Made a couple of promising runs. End product wasn't always there, but linked up reasonably well with others.

Will Alves 7 - STAR MAN

A lively presence in the final third throughout. Was at the heart of what was an improved second-half performance.

Sivert Mannsverk 7

Pinged balls at will for much of the afternoon. Didn't always come off for him, but a useful outlet in the middle. Subbed.

Anwar El Ghazi 6

Got himself in some really good positions, but didn't really produce much in the way of end product. Subbed.

Rubin Colwill 7

Drove through the park really nicely at times. Occasionally turned into trouble, but a lively showing nonetheless.

Perry Ng 6

Battled all afternoon, but wasn't quite as influential as previous showings.

Callum Robinson 6

Didn't get much of a sniff for much of the game, but did okay in the build-up. Subbed.

Aaron Ramsey (on for Rinomhota 63) - Played his part in the goal. A promising cameo - 7

Yousef Salech (on for Robinson 71) - Took his goal really well - 7

Chris Willock (on for El Ghazi 71) - Nothing to take issue with, but a fairly quiet outing - 6

Cian Ashford (on for Mannsverk 81) - Grabbed an assist late on - 7
