Cardiff City striker set for exit to Champions League club as deal imminent
Cardiff City striker Wilfried Kanga is closing in on a move to Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb, according to reports.
Dinamo Zagreb have been keen to bolster their attack this month and it is understood that they were keen on Yousef Salech, however the Bluebirds appear to have beaten them to his signature.
Cardiff have been keen to offload Kanga, who has been a major disappointment since being loaned from Hertha BSC in the summer, having scored no goals in his 16 Bluebirds appearances. Sign up to our daily Cardiff City newsletter here.

And according to Croatian outlet Germanijak.hr, the Zagreb club are close to securing a deal for the 26-year-old. The report adds that Dinamo Zagreb initially sounded out Hertha over a loan deal, but it now looks as if a permanent deal could be struck to take the player to Croatia.
The club, who are due to play Arsenal in the Champions League next week and are managed by Italian great Fabio Cannavaro, is set to offer the Ivorian a three-year deal. The transfer appears close, too, because it is reported that he will be available for Zagreb's game against Istra this Saturday.
It solves a potential problem for Cardiff, with yet another player out of the 25-man squad, along with Ryotaro Tsunoda following his loan exit to KV Kortrijk, with Salech's arrival to be confirmed soon.
