Carlisle United loanees Dominic Sadi and Dan Adu-Adjei recalled by Bournemouth
CARLISLE United have confirmed that Dominic Sadi and Dan Adu-Adjei have been recalled by their parent club Bournemouth AFC.
The pair, who both arrived at Brunton Park from the Premier League side in August, made a combined 42 appearances for Carlisle United during their spells with the club.
Adu-Adjei made 17 appearances during his time with the Blues scoring two goals including a memorable winner against Barrow and late equaliser on the road at Bromley.
Sadi made 25 appearances during his loan spell and also scored two goals, with one coming at Brunton Park against Grimsby and another which opened the scoring in the second minute in the Blues' 1-1 with Crewe in November.
Speaking on the club's website, Blues manager Mike Williamson thanked the pair for their contributions and explained why they have been recalled by Andoni Iraola's Cherries.
He said: "Dan and Dom have both given everything for the club and we’d like to thank them for their efforts.
"This is the nature of loans, Bournemouth have picked up a few injuries recently so they wanted to recall them to get them both in and around their squad, which is good news for them and shows you how well they’ve done with us.
"They are players we’ve lent on a lot during the season so far and I hope they have picked up some valuable experiences from their time with us.
"They’re both great people and we wish them all the best for the future."
