They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But new software has deemed that Brendan Rodgers is the Premiership's poster boy.

The Celtic gaffer has been named as the top flight's best looking boss, whilst Rangers' chief Philippe Clement joins Hearts Neil Critchley at the foot of the standings - according to a pioneering AI attractiveness tool at least. The program's algorithm analyses each manager's face using the Golden Ratio beauty formula, which was first developed by the ancient Greeks, before assigning them a score out of 100 for attractiveness.

And Brodge is almost flawless according to the research, carried out by Gambling.com, scoring 99 out of 100 to have him one place above Ross County boss Don Cowie. Simo Valakari's rockstar appearances score well, with the St Johnstone manager making it into the top three positions chalking up an impressive score of 97. At the other end of the table, Hearts' form might've turned around - but boss Neil Critchley's looks don't do it for the computer.

The former Blackpool gaffer scores just 86, the joint lowest of anyone - and a total that ties him with Rangers boss Clement. Housewives' favourite Jim Goodwin only makes it as far as sixth with another increasingly silver fox, Derek McInnes one place lower. Jimmy Thelin might be toiling at Aberdeen, but at least he can take comfort from being the fourth best looking manager in the top flight - if the software is to be believed.
