Celtic's Champions League squad revealed as Jota and Schlupp IN as left-field striker option emerges for Bayern Munich clash
Jota and Jeffrey Schlupp have been added to Celtic's squad for the Champions League knockout stages.
Brendan Rodgers made the two new signings in January and both have been added to his ranks ahead of the knockout play-off with German giants Bayern Munich with the first-leg less than a week away. Johnny Kenny is also in after Kyogo left with no direct replacement signed for the Japan star.
Unsurprisingly Kyogo, Luis Palma and Alex Valle has been removed after the trio left Celtic Park in the January window. They are now at Rennes, Olympiacos and Como in Serie A meaning those two spots have been snapped up in the squad. It's a big chance for Kenny who had been banging in the goals on the European stage during a successful loan spell at Shamrock Rovers. Jota meanwhile will get another crack at the top UEFA competition with the Hoops while Schlupp may get the chance for a first Champions League runout. Here is the squad for the next round.
