Challenge Cup fourth-round draw details as Warrington Wolves progress
WARRINGTON Wolves joined eight of their fellow Super League sides in progressing to the fourth round of the Challenge Cup this weekend.
The other three get the chance to join them on Sunday – but it will be a week until they get to find out their next opponents.
The Wire were comfortable 44-4 victors at Whitehaven to get their 2025 season underway and kick off their bid to reach the final for the second year in a row – and this time hopefully go one better having lost to Wigan Warriors at Wembley in 2024.
Wakefield Trinity, St Helens, Leeds Rhinos, Catalans Dragons and Hull FC also made it through their ties – with varying degrees of ease – on Saturday after Wigan, Hull KR and Leigh Leopards had won on Friday evening.
There are seven more ties on Sunday to complete the fourth-round line-up, but those who progress will have to wait until next weekend before they can finalise their plans for the next round.
The fourth-round draw will take place on Saturday, February 15, at half-time of the Super League Round One clash between St Helens and Salford Red Devils.
The match is being shown live on the BBC, with the draw forming part of their coverage.
