Chelsea have been held to a goalless draw with Everton at Goodison Park.

The draw means the Blues are now within a point of leaders Liverpool, who play Tottenham later this afternoon. There were opportunities for the west Londoners on a blustery Merseyside but they were unable to take advantage.

Nicolas Jackson missed a huge chance to put Chelsea ahead with his close-range strike being well saved by Jordan Pickford. Jackson, moments later, hit the post with a free header from a corner.

Everton stayed strong to dig out a point with the game finishing goalless. Below, Bobby Vincent rates every Chelsea player based on their performance...

Robert Sanchez - Good save on around 40 minutes to deny Idrissa Gueye. Another huge stop to deny Jack Harrison early into the second-half. 8.

Axel Disasi - Didn't do too bad. People thought he would be in for a torrid afternoon but thought he did okay. Although he did get worse as the game went on, which brings his rating down a little bit. 5.5.

Tosin Adarabioyo - Does so well to deal with Dominic Calvert-Lewin. An unbelievable block on 77 minutes to prevent a certain goal for the hosts. 8.

Levi Colwill - Did well. Looked for the over-the-top through ball, that he is so good at, a lot of the time. 6.

Malo Gusto - Gave it away quite often it felt like, moving into the attacking No.8 position in possession. 5.5.

Moises Caicedo - Helped out Disasi massively on the right-hand side. His brilliant self, really. 6.5.

Enzo Fernandez - Saw so much of the ball in the first-half. Kept it ticking along nicely without having too much of a notable impact. 6.

Pedro Neto - Superb defensively. Was giving Vitalii Mykolenko a torrid time as well. 6.5.

Cole Palmer - Some nice link-up play with Jackson at times but struggled to get too involved in the game. 6.

Jadon Sancho - Bright. Gave Ashley Young a tricky time in one-on-one situations. 6.

Nicolas Jackson - He missed a crucial chance around 25 minutes in with Pickford saving well with his feet. Then Jackson hits the post minutes later with another golden opportunity. 5.

Noni Madueke (on for Neto 76') - Couldn't make the desired impact unfortunately. 6.

Christopher Nkunku (on for Jackson 76') - See above. 6.
