Chelsea vs Wolves LIVE! Premier League match stream, latest score and goal updates today
Chelsea are back at Stamford Bridge tonight looking to end a recent slump in the Premier League. After an impressive start to Enzo Maresca’s tenure, the Blues have suffered a dip in form as they've failed to win any of their last five top-flight matches which has seen them slip out of title contention.
Chelsea - who have agreed a £12million deal to sign Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg - have been dragged into a top four battle and begin the night in sixth place after Manchester City's big win over Ipswich. Maresca has concerns over Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, Romeo Lavia and Levi Colwill as they've emerged as injury doubts for this fixture.
Wolves have stuttered of late in the league, without a win in three and come into this game on the back of successive 3-0 losses against Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United. They will hope to call upon key man Matheus Cunha who netted a hat-trick in this fixture last season. Follow Chelsea vs Wolves LIVE below with our dedicated match blog, featuring expert insight and analysis from Dom Smith at Stamford Bridge.

An important night in midfield for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall on the occasion of his first league start for Chelsea. He's had to wait a decent while for it!
But opportunity knocks, after injuries to Lavia and Fernandez in midfield put a cat amongst the pigeons in Maresca's midfield plans.
Can his former Leicester City star impress here against Wolves?
Chelsea changes

Maresca on Wolves
18:30 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Enzo Maresca is expecting a very different game against Wolves this time after Chelsea won the reverse fixture 6-2.
“It's not the same manager, it’s not the same idea, you can see. So I don’t think the last game there can be important for us or them,” he told reporters on Friday.
“It’s a new game, it’s a new manager, it’s a different way to attack, a different way to defend. Hopefully, we can be ready the same way we were for the last game and get the three points.”
Setting the scene
18:25 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
It’s all quiet at Stamford Bridge currently, expect that to change very soon as the stands will begin to fill up ahead of kick-off.
Further Chelsea recalls?
18:20 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca looks to have ruled out the possibility of recalling either Andrey Santos or Lesley Ugochukwu from their current loan spells.
The Blues have already moved to recall Trevoh Chalobah early from his season-long loan spell with London rivals Crystal Palace this month to add extra defensive cover given those injuries and with Axel Disasi and summer signing Tosin Adarabioyo both linked with moves away from the club, while Aaron Anselmino has also been summoned back from Boca Juniors ahead of schedule.
Predicted Chelsea XI
18:15 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Chelsea could be without Cole Palmer for tonight’s Premier League visit of Wolves.
Palmer missed training on Friday after he was injured during last week’s 2-2 draw with Bournemouth and the Blues star is a doubt for the game at Stamford Bridge tonight.
With that said, manager Enzo Maresca said he hopes the 22-year-old will be fit.
Predicted Chelsea XI (4-2-3-1): Sanchez; Caicedo, Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Fernandez, Lavia; Madueke, Palmer, Sancho; Jackson
Maresca demands improvements
18:10 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
For Enzo Maresca, there is one key ingredient missing as he bids to arrest Chelsea’s mid-season slump - his players must be more ruthless in front of goal.
Not since December 15 against Brentford have the Blues won in the Premier League. It is a run stretching back five games, featuring dropped points against Everton, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth as well as defeats to Fulham and newly-promoted Ipswich.
Transfer news
18:05 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Chelsea are closing in on a deal worth around £12million to sign 19-year-old defender Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg.
Strasbourg are owned by BlueCo, the parent company of Chelsea, and Sarr will move to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Standard Sport prediction
17:50 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Despite their frustrating run of recent draws, Chelsea should surely have enough at home to get past a side in poor form, even if the likes of Palmer, Lavia and Fernandez miss out.
Chelsea to win, 2-0.
Wolves team news
17:45 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Mario Lemina is not expected to be involved for Wolves after Pereira claimed the midfielder wanted to leave the club. Toti Gomes, Sasa Kalajdzic, Enso Gonzales and Yerson Mosquera are all injured.
Matheus Cunha is a doubt after suffering with illness last week, though Boubacar Traore is back in training.
Chelsea team news
17:40 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Chelsea remain without defenders Benoit Badiashile and Wesley Fofana, though Trevoh Chalobah could feature for the first time since being recalled from a loan spell at Crystal Palace.
Mykhailo Mudryk is unavailable, while Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Omari Kellyman are injured. Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, Levi Colwill and Romeo Lavia are all doubts for the Blues.

Welcome
17:30 , Tashan Deniran-Alleyne
Good evening and welcome to Standard Sport’s LIVE coverage of Chelsea vs Wolves.
It’s a third home game in a row across all competitions for the Blues but they needed an injury-time equaliser to salvage a point against Bournemouth last time out.
That made it five Premier League games without a win and that means Enzo Maresca’s side start the game in sixth position in the table.
Wolves have lost their last two league games by the same 3-0 scoreline but did win this fixture last season.
Kick-off from Stamford Bridge is at 8pm GMT.
