Chelsea working on six deals on transfer deadline day as Alejandro Garnacho question remains
Chelsea are still working to get a load of deals done on transfer deadline day with time running out for the Blues to make a last minute signing.
In rather uncharacteristic fashion, Chelsea are yet to make a single addition throughout the window and with the 11pm deadline fast approaching, the west Londoners are running out of time. football.london understands Chelsea have not ruled out making a last minute move for Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho. The 20-year-old emerged as a target last month with United said to be open to doing business regarding the Argentina international.
Chelsea have been scouring the market for a left-sided winger with Mykhailo Mudryk currently unavailable following a failed drugs test in December. Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich is a long-term target but the Frenchman seems to have decided on a move to Tottenham on loan.

Meanwhile, there are set to be a number of outgoings from Stamford Bridge in the next hours. Caleb Wiley to Watford is a done deal, with the American full-back moving to Vicarage Road until the end of the season.
Wiley has cut his loan spell with Strasbourg short and will join Tom Cleverley's team for the remainder of the season. With the American moving to England, it frees up an international loan spot for the Blues. As it stands, Andrey Santos (Strasbourg), Djordje Petrovic (Strasbourg) and Renato Veiga (Juventus) are the three players on loan internationally and they are set to be joined by Carney Chukwuemeka.
Chukwuemeka is expected to sign for Borussia Dortmund today. The Blues and the Black and Yellow agreed a loan deal for the 21-year-old midfielder on Sunday evening and he is currently finalising a move to Signal Iduna Park, football.london understands.
Joao Felix is wanted by AC Milan and a loan deal could be on the cards with his agent Jorge Mendes said to be working very hard behind the scenes to make a move to the San Siro possible. That would be Chelsea's fifth international loan spot should Felix move abroad, with David Datro Fofana's time at Goztepe said to be cut short last week, while Aaron Anselmino continues to be linked with a loan move to Marseille and Deivid Washington to Santos.
The future of Axel Disasi remains uncertain. The Frenchman was wanted by Tottenham but the north Londoners are no longer pursuing a move for the defender. Aston Villa, though, remain interested in signing Disasi before the deadline so it is certainly one to keep a close eye on.
Ben Chilwell is set to sign for Crystal Palace. The 28-year-old left-back, who has played just 45 minutes this season, is having his medical at Selhurst Park today ahead of a six-month loan deal as he looks to play regular football once again.
Christopher Nkunku, meanwhile, is expected to stay at Chelsea. The France international has been strongly linked with a move away from SW6 over the last month but is now set to remain in west London. Manchester United made a late approach to sign Nkunku on loan but it was rebuffed by Chelsea.
