It could be a very busy end to the transfer window for Enzo Maresca and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. A quiet month in general for the west London club with Renato Veiga the only first-team player to depart, things could possibly burst into life prior to the 11pm deadline on Monday, February 3.

Chelsea supporters will certainly be hoping that is the case over the comings days, especially with the Blues slipping down to sixth in the Premier League table recently following some mixed results. The Blues are competing on three fronts going into the second half of the term, with Maresca and his team targeting success in both the FA Cup and Europa Conference League as well as finishing strongly in the Premier League.

An incoming or two would certainly give them a boost heading into the final months of the season. Chelsea have been linked with a number of players since the January transfer window opened for business, including Manchester United's Alejandro Garnacho, Jamie Gittens of Borussia Dortmund and Mathys Tel of Bayern Munich.

The Blues could also be very busy in regards to outgoings as a number of players look to secure regular first-team football elsewhere. Manchester United are keen on Christopher Nkunku, Aston Villa are interested in both Axel Disasi and Joao Felix, Cesare Casadei could return to Italy and it remains to be seen what will happen with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Carney Chukwuemeka and Ben Chilwell.

Transfer windows at Chelsea are usually rather hectic and this one could well start to crank up or notch or two before the 11pm deadline on Monday comes around. Once the transfer window has closed for business until the summer, clubs will have to submit an updated 25-man playing squad to the Premier League for the remainder of the campaign.

It will very much be a balancing act for a number of clubs as each squad must contain both homegrown and non-homegrown players, with the latter capped at 17. Clubs also have an additional list for Under-21 players, who were born on or after January 1, 2003, who are eligible over and above the squad limit of 25 players.

So how does Chelsea's 25-man Premier League squad look right now? football.london takes a look below.

Chelsea are in a really good position with their Premier League squad at present as they submitted a list of 22 players back in September rather than going to the limit of 25. The amount of players at Maresca's disposal has been well documented but the Under-21 list has helped the Blues out massively when it comes to their Premier League numbers. Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia and Malo Gusto are just some of the players on that list.

In terms of non-homegrown players, Chelsea have 14 and there is space for an additional three players there if they so wish. However, there could still be transfer exits involving the names already on the list amid Villa's interest in Disasi and Felix and those Nkunku Manchester United links.

Chelsea's homegrown players stand at eight, although another name will be added to that list come the start of next month following Trevoh Chalobah's return to the club from his successful loan spell at Crystal Palace. Amid potential incomings and outgoings, Chelsea are certainly not in a position like some clubs where it is very much a juggling act with the homegrown and non-homegrown numbers due to the rules in place.

Here is how Chelsea's Premier League squad looks at present:

Premier League non-homegrown players: Filip Jorgensen, Lucas Bergstrom, Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile, Axel Disasi, Marc Cucurella, Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, Joao Felix, Pedro Neto, Noni Madueke, Mykhailo Mudryk, Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson. (14)

Premier League homegrown players: Robert Sanchez, Marcus Bettinelli, Reece James, Tosin Adarabioyo, Ben Chilwell, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Jadon Sancho, Cole Palmer. (Eight)

Notable Under-21 players: Joshua Acheampong, Aaron Anselmino, Cesare Casadei, Carney Chukwuemeka, Tyrique George, Malo Gusto, Omari Kellyman, Romeo Lavia, Levi Colwill, Marc Guiu.
