Chris Kamara has sent a fresh message following the news that he will be working together with Jeff Stelling once again on Boxing Day as part of Amazon Prime Video's festive Premier League coverage.

He will update Stelling on the Nottingham Forest game against Tottenham Hotspur throughout the afternoon as part of their Every Game, Every Goal show. The much-loved and respected reporter left Sky Sports in the summer of 2022 after a 24-year period with the broadcaster.

A year later, Stelling departed Sky - ending three decades there. The pair became popular for their dynamic on Soccer Saturday over the years. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Amazon Prime Video Sport shared a video of Kamara announcing the news.

He said: "Hi everyone. For those of you, who have missed the news last week, I'm delighted to be joining Prime's Boxing Day coverage which includes eight games and over 10 hours of action.

"I'll be at the City Ground for Nottingham Forest vs Spurs, reporting back to my old mate, the unbelievable Jeff Stelling, who will have every game and every goal. I'm so excited to be back and can't wait to be doing what I love the most!"

Kamara initially shared his comeback to television last week. "Best phone call ever this afternoon," he wrote on X. "Inviting me to do the Forest vs Spurs game on Boxing Day, reporting back to the Unbelievable Jeff Stelling in the studio."

Stelling responded to Kamara's post within minutes, adding: "And I'm looking forward to it as much as you, mate. There's a goal at the City Ground, but for who, Chris Kamara?....."

Manchester United meanwhile, will return to action on Boxing Day when they take on Wolves at Molineux (5:30pm kick-off). Ruben Amorim's side will look to get back to winning ways after being stunned 3-0 at home by Bournemouth on Sunday.
