Harry Maguire is poised to be included in the Manchester United matchday squad for tonight's Premier League clash with Southampton.

Maguire arrived at Old Trafford at around 4.15pm and was immediately lauded by supporters who had gathered near the players' entrance to try and grab autographs and selfies with members of Ruben Amorim's squad.

Maguire was excellent in Sunday's FA Cup triumph over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, despite missing two days of training ahead of the clash in the capital through illness. Speaking at Wednesday's pre-match press conference, Amorim said the centre-back was "dead" following the win over Mikel Arteta's team and that he would have to be assessed ahead of tonight's visit of the Saints.

Amorim said: "He was sick in the last game. He was dead in the end. That's what I want from every player. He has to continue to do a good job.

"[Playing against the Southampton?] Harry, we will see. We cannot lose him, so we will see."

Maguire was joined in arriving at Old Trafford from 4pm onwards by a collection of his teammates, including fellow defenders Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez. Toby Collyer, who excelled off the bench at the weekend, was also among the early arrivals, meaning he is poised to be included in the squad once again.

Elsewhere, Alejandro Garnacho looks set to be included in the squad amid ongoing speculation linking him with Italian side Napoli, though Amorim insists he sees his future at Old Trafford. Marcus Rashford was not spotted, meaning he looks set to be absent for the third game running.

The full squad is yet to be confirmed but here are the players who have been spotted arriving so far:
