Confirmed St Mirren vs Rangers team news as huge Connor Goldson call made

Rangers bounced back from their blip with a Scottish Cup win over Hearts last weekend.

Now they must carry that into the league when they visit St Mirren this lunchtime. Philippe Clement's men can pile the pressure on Celtic, who play Dundee later today, by winning and then sitting back and seeing what happens at Dens, where they know themselves it's not easy.

Europe-chasing Buddies will have plenty to say themselves and the SMISA Stadium is one of the toughest venues to visit in the Premiership. The teams are in for this one and are as follows:

St Mirren starting XI: Hemming, Bolton, Gogic, Fraser, Strain, O'Hara , Boyd-Munce, Tanser, McMenamin, Mandron, Kiltie

Subs: Urminsky, Dunne, Taylor, Bwomono, Brown, Baccus, Jamieson, Scott, Olusanya

Rangers starting XI: Butland, Tavernier, Balogun, Souttar, Barisic, Lundstram, Diomande, Cantwell, Sterling, Silva, Dessers

Subs: McCrorie, Goldson, Lawrence, Dowell, Wright, Roofe, Davies,Raskin, McCausland
