"We could have had 10 strikers in the box and we still wouldn't have scored" - Cheltenham Town boss Michael Flynn after Fleetwood Town defeat
What are your reflections on that?
We just didn't have any quality in the final third. We didn't make the keeper make a save, we didn't hit the target. It was a scrappy game, the pitch was poor and their two goals came from a foul for the first one and handball for the second one. Disappointed. We didn't go enough to win the game and it should have been 0-0.

The pitch, I'd say. Playing Wednesday night, long journey, a bit of that and that didn't help.
You've gone four games without a goal in the league away from home after a good, long run. Can you put your finger on why?
We didn't hit the target. If you don't hit the target, you are not going to score.
Do you think you had enough of the ball to create chances?
Yes. We got into some good areas. Even at the end, Tom Bradbury has tried to cross from a silly angle. Ethon Archer gets in and puts it wide. Jordan Thomas probably clips the bar. We had opportunities to hit the target, or put the ball into a decent area, we just didn't do it.
Is it down to decision making?
No, I'd say a lack of precision and a little bit of quality. That's what we didn't have today.
Joe Day made one double save, but he didn't have much else to do did he?
No, it wasn't a great game. I feel sorry for the fans. It was a battle. We knew they were going to do that, we had to do that. The pitch. They have the three points, fair play to them. The referee has given them a big helping hand on both goals. He puts up four minutes, I was told four before the foul, yellow card and injury to Ethan Williams. The referee's reply to the fourth official was 'I don't want to add any more'. We've just had 65 or 70 seconds added on. It's crazy, honestly, but that's a different story. Looking at ourselves first, we didn't create enough, or have enough quality to score today.
Was the pitch made even more difficult by the fact you had a short recovery time?
It's going to be a factor, of course it is. We tried to shuffle it around a little bit today. It is what it is, we didn't do enough to win the game. We have to bounce back now on Saturday.
Ethan Williams showed some glimpses of quality, but not the sort of pitch he'd be used to playing on
That's the thing. It's a rude awakening. It's all good having these beautiful pitches and facilities, but welcome to the real world. Not all levels have that. But he's a great kid, he's come in and there is no ego. He works hard, he's just got to acclimatise.
So many attacking players on the pitch at the end, did you believe you'd score?
Even if we had 10 strikers in the box, we would probably have overhit the cross or underhit the cross, or hit the first man. It's frustrating. I won't go in hard on them because they've given me everything, they've had a long, long week. They've put two lots of effort in, I know we didn't win today, but big effort in, won a lot of challenges, a lot of headers, but we lacked quality.
Were you tempted to throw Tim Dieng into the team today?
I was tempted, I just thought Liam (Dulson) has come back from injury, he's only had two training sessions, he would have been disappointed not to get on, on Wednesday night. But we were still in the game. One of the centre-backs had just got booked and Sam (Stubbs) was sick at half-time, so we decided not to risk him there.
But is Tim Dieng possibly ready for a start now after two appearances from the bench?
Possibly. Again, let's see. We'll keep building him up. We'll have a good week into their legs this week and get ready for Barrow on Saturday, who have just had a good result today.
