Dalton Kincaid injury update: Will Bills TE play in Week 11 vs. Chiefs?
The Bills and Chiefs are set to write the latest chapter of their ongoing rivalry in Week 11, but it might come without a familiar face in the Buffalo lineup.
Dalton Kincaid has landed on the dreaded injury report, victimized by the bug not deterred by the various sprays sold at your local store. The Bills tight end is a key piece for quarterback Josh Allen, who will need everything he can get against the undefeated team from Kansas City because bleu cheese won't be enough.
On the bright side, Buffalo won't have to worry too much since this isn't a playoff game against K.C. While the Chiefs have owned the Bills in the postseason, it's been the other way around in the regular season, with Allen's team winning the last three meetings.
If Buffalo wants to extend its winning streak to four against the Chiefs, it must be healthy against a Chiefs team mostly at full strength. Here is the latest on Dalton Kincaid's status.

Dalton Kincaid injury update
Kincaid left the Bills' Week 10 win over the Colts in the first quarter with a knee injury. He returned for two snaps in the third quarter before exiting again. He did not return, casting doubt over whether he'd be available against the Chiefs.
Knee injuries are always concerning, especially when a player tries to give it a go and is forced to leave again. Concerns surrounding Kincaid will only continue if he can't get on the practice field this week. He was listed as a DNP on Wednesday, meaning he has two more shots to upgrade his status.
Without at least a limited session on Thursday or Friday, it would be tough to envision the tight end playing on Sunday. If Kincaid doesn't play, that opens the door for Dawson Knox to assume the starting job.
Buffalo is already dealing with their fair share of injuries to their pass catchers. Keon Coleman (wrist) and Amari Cooper (wrist) also find themselves on the injury report, with Coleman already being ruled out.
When was Dalton Kincaid's injury?
Kincaid's injury appeared to occur after quarterback Josh Allen slightly overthrew the second-year tight end in the red zone for what would have been a big gain and potentially a touchdown. He tried to make the catch but came down hard after failing to make the grab.

Dalton Kincaid stats
Kincaid has totaled 34 catches, 356 yards and two touchdowns through 10 games in 2024. It represents a fairly disappointing season for the second-year pro, who was expected to become the Bills' top receiver after they traded Stefon Diggs in the offseason. Kincaid posted 73 catches, 673 yards and two touchdowns in 16 games last season.
Buffalo elected to trade for Amari Cooper at the trade deadline, a move that might help open up things for Kincaid when they're both on the field together.
