Hibs boss David Gray wants his side to turn their poor form around when Ross County come to Easter Road on Saturday afternoon - and has urged his players to give the home crowd something to shout about.

The side from the capital have only won one league game in eight on home soil, conceding a joint-second highest 13 goals in that time - and currently sat bottom of the Scottish Premiership table, they'll need all of the support they can get to drag themselves out of the mire by the turn of the year.

But whilst Hibs performances haven't been great this season, Gray has urged punters to continue to make the journey down to Easter Road - whilst equally asking his players to give the crowd a performance with a win that could see them as high as eighth by the end of the weekend.

Speaking ahead of Hibs' home clash against the Staggies, Gray urged his players to give something for fans to shout about, stating: "Yeah, I think that's hugely important. I think any team, you always want to win your home games.

“And I know how good it can be when you are playing well and winning games at home. It's a fantastic place to play, the crowd get right behind you.

"At the same time, it's up to us to put on the performance levels to make sure we do that, but the better your home record can be definitely stands you in good stead.”
