Declan Rice, Riccardo Calafiori - Arsenal injury news and return dates for Crystal Palace clash
Mikel Arteta will be eager to return to winning ways when Arsenal face Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup quarter-final. The Gunners will lock horns with the Eagles at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night as both teams look to get their hands on some silverware.
Everton held Arsenal to a goalless draw on Saturday afternoon, slightly denting the north Londoners' chances in the Premier League title race. On Sunday afternoon, Crystal Palace enjoyed a 3-1 win over Brighton in the M23/A23 derby at the Amex Stadium.
While Oliver Glasner's side may have a skip in their step, the Gunners have enjoyed an extra day of rest ahead of the clash. So, with that being said, football.london has rounded up the latest Arsenal injury news.

Declan Rice
Declan Rice was forced off during Arsenal's clash against Everton at the weekend after suffering a knock. Speaking to reporters after the game, Arteta revealed that the 25-year-old midfielder had been nursing a 'little niggle' in the week building up to the game.
"With Declan I had to take him off because he was feeling something," said the Gunners boss. "He has been with a little niggle for the last week or so. He asked to be subbed in that moment, so we have to do it."
Potential return date: Unknown.
Riccardo Calafiori
Riccardo Calafiori has missed the last three games for Arsenal with a groin injury. Speaking to reporters ahead of the Gunners' clash against Everton, Arteta confirmed that the 22-year-old defender was close to returning from the treatment room.
"We are just respecting the times that the medical department has set and then we just monitor his evolution every single day," said Arteta. "And we understand that he is not fully ready yet, but he is getting very close now."
Potential return date: December 2024.
Ben White
Ben White underwent a minor procedure last month to resolve a joint problem that had been causing him problems, football.london understands. While Arteta has previously confirmed that the 27-year-old defender will be ruled out for 'months', the Arsenal boss also revealed that 'surgery went really well'.
"The surgery went really well, there is no reaction after that," said the Spaniard. "He is improving day by day but it is a process for the first four to six weeks, where we have to be really cautious and don’t put any stress on that knee. Then we will see how quickly he can recover and how it reacts after that."
Potential return date: Early 2025.
Oleksandr Zinchenko
Oleksandr Zinchenko has been nursing a muscle injury, missing the last three games for Arsenal. Speaking to reporters after the Gunners' 1-1 draw with Fulham earlier this month, Arteta said: "We are missing a lot of players in the backline. The good thing is that whatever we put there they respond. They respond with a good attitude and performance."
Potential return date: Unknown.
Takehiro Tomiyasu
Takehiro Tomiyasu remains out of action with a knee injury. The defender missed the large majority of last season with a calf problem and he's played just six minutes this term. Last month, Arteta said: "Tomiyasu is going to be out as well for a period."
Potential return date: Unknown.
