Defender leaves Carlisle United on deadline day
Jack Robinson's time at Carlisle United came to an end in the closing stages of transfer deadline day.
The left-sided defender parted ways with the Blues by mutual consent.
Robinson, who was out of favour for much of Mike Williamson's reign, has been weighing up his options ahead of a Brunton Park exit.
The 23-year-old is now expected to join a new club as he became the latest player to head out of the club in the transfer window.
Former Middlesbrough man Robinson had been on Carlisle's permanent books for a season and a half, following a previous loan spell, having been signed by former boss Paul Simpson.
He made just six appearances this season and no league starts.
In total at Brunton Park, Robinson made 41 appearances.
Former head coach Mike Williamson said last month that Robinson was looking at "a few options" and working out which one to take regarding his next club.
In a statement confirming his departure, United said: "Everyone at the club would like to thank him for his efforts during his time with us."
