How did nobody notice that John Travolta now has gray hair and a huge beard?

John Travolta is aging gracefully!
The formerly raven-haired star has quietly ditched two items that make a big difference: Black hair dye and razors! Travolta, 63, is now rocking dark salt-and-pepper strands, and he's also been sporting a thick gray beard.
The whole transformation is very Letterman-esque -- and we have to say, he looks pretty darn good! It makes for a very stately older-gentleman aesthetic. Men, take note: Natural gray is often a sexy look.
This week, Travolta joined "Grease" co-star Olivia Newton-John, 69, at the G'Day USA Black Tie Gala. And by the way, how lovely does Olivia look?! We should all look so good nearing 70!
He's made a few public appearances in recent months during which he showed off his new look. It appears he was last seen clean-shaven with dark hair around July of last year.
Travolta has two films due out this year, "Gotti" and "Trading Paint."
