'Didn't look good' - Tottenham handed another injury blow ahead of Liverpool clash
Tottenham Hotspur have potentially been dealt another injury blow ahead of the Carabao Cup clash against Liverpool. The Reds are due to face Spurs in the second leg of the semi-final at Anfield next Thursday.
Liverpool go into the tie on February 6 trailing 1-0 after losing the first leg earlier this month thanks to a goal from Lucas Bergvall. Arne Slot and Co. will be hoping to overturn the one-goal deficit when they face Tottenham on Merseyside next week and book a spot in a Wembley Stadium final in the process.
Slot has been forced to deal with several injury concerns throughout the season, and Spurs have endured similar struggles on the fitness front. Thursday night saw Tottenham dealt another injury blow just days before facing Liverpool in the Carabao Cup.

Spurs claimed a 3-0 win over Elfsborg in the Europa League, with Ange Postecoglou forced to make a substitution due to an injury. Radu Dragusin appeared to suffer a knee injury at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Postecoglou indicating that the centre-back is likely to have a spell on the sidelines.
"Unfortunately, Radu's [Dragusin] hurt his knee now," Postecoglou told reporters on Thursday night, via football.london.
"I don't have any further information, but it didn't look good as he was coming off. So we'll just have to wait and see, but it's disappointing."
Should Dragusin be sidelined for any length of time it would add to the growing injury list at Tottenham ahead of the clash against Liverpool. Spurs already have Dominic Solanke, James Maddison, Destiny Udogie, Cristian Romero, Brennan Johnson, Timo Werner, Guglielmo Vicario, Wilson Odobert and Djed Spence on the sidelines, although the latter is expected to return to full fitness this weekend.
Micky van de Ven returned to the starting line-up for Tottenham after spending the last three months on the sidelines with a hamstring injury. It remains to be seen if the centre-back will be in the team to face Liverpool next Thursday, with Postecoglou hoping that will be the case after the injury to Dragusin.
