Ipswich Town will travel to Exeter City or Nottingham Forest in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

The Blues have won two games to reach this point, beating League One outfit Bristol Rovers before knocking out Championship side Coventry City with a 4-1 win at the CBS Arena on Saturday afternoon.

Exeter's game against Nottingham Forest, which will take place at St. James Park tomorrow evening (8pm), is the last fixture of the fourth round.

Town last faced the Grecians at the end of 2022/23, winning 6-0 at Portman Road to secure a place in the Championship. Their most recent match against Forest, however, was a 1-0 away defeat in the Premier League back in November.

This is the first time that Ipswich have featured at this stage of the competition in 18 years, having been knocked out by Watford in the fifth round back in 2006/07.

The tie will be played over the weekend of March 1st, 2025.
