Eddie Hearn has already revealed when Tyson Fury could U-turn on retirement after shock announcement
Matchroom chief Eddie Hearn has already revealed when Tyson Fury could make a sensational U-turn on his shock retirement.
Manchester-born Fury took to social media on Monday to confirm that he has retired from the sport. In a video, he said: "Hi everybody, I'll make this short and sweet, I'd like to announce my retirement from boxing, I've loved every single minute of it.
"I'm going to end with this, Dick Turpin wore a mask. God bless everybody, I'll see you on the other side."

This is not the first time Fury has announced his retirement as, in April 2022, after beating Dillian Whyte, the Briton said he would be hanging up his gloves. He returned six months later to fight Derek Chisora in a trilogy bout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And another U-turn could be on the cards as Hearn revealed over the weekend that a Wembley date has been set for a proposed showdown between 'The Gypsy King' and Anthony Joshua.
Asked by Sky Sports if he had a Wembley date available if Fury wanted to fight Joshua, promoter Hearn said: "Yes. We're looking to get back in the ring in May or June. If it ended up being July, it doesn't really matter.
"I still think it rests on Tyson Fury. Until the water settles on the defeat and where he's at mentally - and with what he wants to do - that's where we're really going to find out.
"Because when he looks at the options, what else is he going to do and who else is he going to fight?"
Reacting to Monday's news in an interview with iFL TV, Hearn said: "I saw that coming, yeah. I saw that coming.
"If you ever want to come back and get the max, you have to retire first, haven't you? Someone then has to bring you out of retirement.
"If that's the last that we see of Tyson Fury, then good luck to him. I doubt it personally but, whatever he chooses to do, much respect to him.
"I think he'll want to fight again, I think he will get bored and he will know the British public want to see the AJ fight. My personal belief if we'll see him in the ring again. If not then good luck to the man."
Before Hearn continued: "I don't get disappointed. What will be will be. Some things in life are completely out of your hands. You can't get disappointed.
"If he wants to retire, there's nothing we can do about it. If he's up for the fight - the biggest fight in the sport - then great. My gut feeling is we'll see it.
"AJ wants that fight. Maybe Fury hasn't got it in him anymore and hasn't got the heart for it. If he hasn't then he should retire."
