The Scottish Cup journey begins now for Aberdeen, and their first test couldn't be any bigger as they look to avoid a giant killing and end their 12-game winless run.

Jimmy Thelin, taking charge of his first fixture in the competition, has splashed the cash in the January transfer window, with the board backing him to turn things around with over £1million of spending.

And the last thing he needs is a cup upset, but Elgin City will be dreaming of a Moray miracle when they host the Dons on Saturday afternoon.
