England will face Brazil and Belgium in friendlies at Wembley in March as they gear up for Euro 2024.

Gareth Southgate’s side last month sealed qualification for next summer’s European Championships in Germany by beating Italy at home for the first time since 1977.

The Three Lions conclude their qualification campaign this month with the visit of Malta to Wembley on November 17 before facing North Macedonia in Skopje three days later.

Five-time world champions Brazil will be England's first opponents of 2024, visiting the national stadium on Saturday, March 23, before Belgium come to town the following Tuesday.

Gareth Southgate said: “I am happy to have two strong matches in March as we build towards the EURO finals. It is important we take every opportunity to test ourselves against top opposition.

“Before then, we have our last qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia coming up. Getting two positive results is essential if we are to make sure of being top seeds in the Euros draw next month.

“We can’t afford to think the job is done as there is still work to do, while every second for us together in camp counts if we are to give ourselves the best chance of success next summer.”

Southgate’s side last faced Belgium in 2020, beating the Red Devils 2-1 at Wembley before losing 2-0 in Leuven, games played behind closed doors due to the Covid pandemic. It has been six years since England last met Brazil with the two nations played out a 0-0 friendly draw.
