'Everything' - Bruno Fernandes explains how he wants to improve for Manchester United
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has outlined his mission to improve his overall game, including his tactical understanding, following the appointment of Ruben Amorim as head coach.
Fernandes made the admission after playing a key role in Sunday's dramatic FA Cup third round victory over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. United won 5-3 on penalties after the contest had finished 1-1 after 120 minutes.
Fernandes swept United into the lead seven minutes after half-time, finishing off a superb counter-attack, to score his seventh goal of the season and his third since Amorim replaced Erik ten Hag at the start of November.

The Portuguese international has been directly involved in seven goals in 12 games under Amorim, contributing four assists in addition to his three goals. Rediscovering his true capabilities in recent weeks, the 30-year-old is aspiring to improve as much as he possibly can to help United continue making progress.
"It is always my purpose in each year to be a better person, to be a better player, to be better in everything I can do," Fernandes told TNT Mexico.
"To improve as a player, to improve in all the tactical and technical aspects, everything, because I believe that we always have something to learn, we always have something more to do, to improve.
"So I will continue working, doing what the coach asks of me, what the team needs, what the club needs, to get back to where it needs to be."
Fernandes has also outlined the importance of United refusing to rest on their laurels after the positivity that has been generated after their recent results against Liverpool and Arsenal.
He added: "There are things to improve, there are others that we have to maintain and the most important thing is to look ahead. Now we have a very difficult match where obviously after these two matches everyone sees us as favourites as it should be playing at home against Southampton.
"Southampton is in a very difficult moment where they need points but we have to understand that we are not in the position in which we have to be, and we need more points. And we are thinking like this to win this match, to understand that the level we maintain in these two matches has to be maintained for Southampton and then for the ones that come after."
