This was on a free after his contract with Irish outfit Waterford expired, with his transfer back to England being active in January.

His return to the UK was met with great excitement by fans, but after playing in just two games, the 24-year-old handed in a transfer request.

According to a statement that was published on the Dags’ X account on February 5, Parsons wanted to leave the club due to ‘personal reasons’.

He has since signed for Ireland Premier Division side Bohemian FC on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

Parsons spent two years with Wycombe between 2021 and 2023, playing seven first-team games.

He even managed to score on his debut which came in a 3-1 home loss to the Aston Villa U21s in August 2021.
