Mohamed Salah | £27 | 25.45 PTS
Salah took advantage of a great cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold to deflect the ball home and score the team’s first goal. The former AS Roma winger has thrived with The Reds thus far, and is expected to remain as a starter upfront as long as Sadio Mane (hamstring) remains on the sidelines.
Alvaro Morata | £20 | 15.05 PTS
Morata scored his seventh Premier League goal of the season as he was wide open in the center of the pitch and easily headed in a cross from Cesar Azpilicueta. Morata is seventh among forwards this season with 28 shots and will face West Brom on 18 November.
Richarlison | £17 | 17 PTS
The young Brazilian continued his electric start to the Premier League, scoring his fourth of the season against Everton. Surprisingly, the winger has only scored away from home. His four assists have been split equally between Vicarage Road and away from the Hornet’s nest.
Riyad Mahrez | £22 | 21.7 PTS
Mahrez has been in a rich vein of form of late, scoring two goals and adding two assists in the past four matches and is a big reason why the Foxes haven’t lost in five-straight. His six shots were the most all season and this was only the second time he had multiple shots on target in a match. While he’s not quite in the same form that saw him score 17 goals in the title-winning season two years ago, he’s finally looking back on track. He’ll look to keep up his streak after the international break with a visit from Man City.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | £14 | 15 PTS
The ‘Ox’ earned his second start in as many games and repaid Jurgen Klopp’s faith in him with Liverpool’s third goal against West Ham at London Stadium. The Ox hammered home from close-range after Joe Hart saved his first effort.
Kevin de Bruyne | £24 | 19.55 PTS
De Bruyne found himself all over the stat sheet, recording four crosses, five tackles, three interceptions and putting multiple shots on target for the fourth time in the past five Premier League matches. De Bruyne’s far more of a creator than a goal scorer; however, as he showed in the opening 20 minutes, which saw him put both of his shots on target including a tremendous finish that Petr Cech had no chance of stopping, he’s quite adept in front of goal.
Xherdan Shaqiri | £16 | 21.5 PTS
Shaqiri has always been a boundless talent, but runs hot and cold, seeming to disappear for long stretches if he’s not involved in the play. However, when he’s switched on, he provides a level that Stoke badly needs to compete with the better clubs. The goal was the result of good build-up play and a calm finish to knot the score at one. In the second half, he played the ball directly to the head of Peter Crouch, who made no mistake with the finish to equalize at two. After recording just one cross over his past two matches, he had five on Saturday, but his ceiling is much higher, having recorded seven-plus crosses in six of his first seven matches this season.
Steve Cook | £14 | 14.35 PTS
Cook played well in the defence, making two good blocks to keep the Magpies out of the net. Cook was able to score his first goal of the season in the first minute of stoppage time as the defender headed in a corner. Cook’s next match is 18 November against Huddersfield.
Joel Matip | £15 | 12.65 PTS
Ragnar Klavan and Joel Matip didn’t have a lot of work as the centre-back duo to keep a clean sheet in another comfortable performance from Liverpool. But the upcoming schedule shows Sevilla in the UEFA Champions League, so fantasy owners must be cautious when playing either of the two in the upcoming European matches.
Leighton Baines | £14 | 19.15 PTS
Baines scored and assisted his first goals of the season in Everton’s first win under caretaker boss David Unsworth. There were shades of vintage Baines, who used to be a must-have player on all fantasy formats around five years ago. Between the 2010/11 season and 2013/14 season, the 32-year-old was directly involved in 54 goals, over 13 a season. In the three seasons since, the left-back has seen his production nearly half to just under seven a season.
Asmir Begovic | £13 | 16 PTS
Begovic made a few good saves early in the match as the Magpies had two good chances. Begovic has made four or more saves in seven matches this season while keeping two clean sheets and will face Huddersfield on 18 November.
