Arsenal put five past Everton at the weekend and have a plum looking home fixture against Swansea, is this the week to put the armband on a Gunner?

GW9 was the first time Arsenal’s Fab 3 had all featured together and they produced five goals. United and Spurs looks like a low-scorer, Chelsea are Kante-less, not even Pep knows which City’s players will play this weekend. This leaves just Liverpool and Arsenal. Liverpool have struggled to break down 11 men behind the ball and so with no clear captaincy option, it could pay off to captain a Gunner as a differential.

We have to remember that it was 2-1 before the red card. If you own an Arsenal attacker, then you should consider them for the armband. I wouldn’t bring in an Arsenal player with Manchester City and Spurs up next.

Everton were terrible and Koeman has rightly gone where as Swansea seem to have more of a gameplan so I don’t think it will be raining goals. Everton at times exposed Arsenals soft centre.

A vengeful Liverpool take on Huddersfield at Anfield, do you expect an attacking masterclass?

Huddersfield have failed to score in three away games this season since visiting a struggling Crystal Palace for their opener. They won’t be looking to move out of their half all game and will frustrate the Reds. Liverpool will now be unable to rely on a moment of magic from Coutinho or Mane too.

Liverpool are so hit and miss from an attacking point of view. Seven goals in the Champions League shows their potential and I’ll be considering Salah for my captain this week. I certainly wouldn’t expect more than three goals though.

Liverpool will be like the proverbial wounded animal. You would expect a reaction because they were absolutely awful against Spurs. Huddersfield will be on a high after an unexpected win against United showing that even after poor form they’re not to be underestimated. This could well be a tight cagey affair but Pool need a result even a 1-0.

With some hard to call fixtures for some of the big teams who is your Gameweek captain choice?

Sanchez has looked very sharp recently and looked back to his old explosive self, he could prove a great captain choice this week.

Kane, Aguero and Salah are the ones vying for the armband in my team. I’ll monitor Carabao Cup minutes before making my final decision but Aguero is currently top of the list.

In my personal team it will probably be Jesus even though he let me down last week. I think he should start this week and deliver against a struggling West Brom.

Which teams are nailed on for clean sheets this week?

Liverpool, United, Arsenal and Newcastle in that order.

It’s not an easy week for predicting clean sheets. Arsenal against Swansea who struggle in attack is the best bet. Brighton v Southampton and Burnley v Newcastle could easily be 0-0 games.

Given the free scoring last few game weeks its seems there is no such thing as a nailed clean sheet anymore so I will go with no-one!

Who is the must own player this Gameweek?

Arsenal’s front three all look like they could replicate their double-figure hauls from GW9 against Swansea. Sanchez is the pick of these and fired off seven shots against Everton.

A City triple up is a must this week and could be for some time. Aguero leads the way chasing the outright goal scoring record and having penalties too.

I Would probably say Eden Hazard , he is looking sharper as the weeks go on and it is just a matter of time before he produces a mega haul, that could well come against Bournemouth.

Do the benefits of having Man City’s on-fire attackers outweigh the inevitable rotation risk?

Their attacking explosiveness is worth having in your team, so long as you have a viable option on the bench. Saying that, having Aguero or Jesus on your bench at that price is no good considering the form of Kane (when fit) and the price or Morata. The safest (dullest) option looks to be Otamendi and David Silva at the moment.

Definitely. I’m planning on having Aguero, Jesus and Walker in my squad. You need two attacking players at least to outweigh the inevitable rotation and a playing bench to cover if someone is rested completely.

You just have to pick one, two or three and take the rough with the smooth.

Which team will generate the most fantasy points this Gameweek?

Clean sheets and goals for Arsenal look a given. Maybe Monreal will even score his third in four to the annoyance of Kolasinac owners.

I believe Arsenal will get the most fantasy points this week with attacking and defensive returns. They will be looking for a strong performance ahead of a tough run of games.

Probably Man City, WBA cant buy a goal at the minute and aren’t playing great. City clean sheet and attacking returns very possible.

If you own Kane or Lukaku this week, are they still a viable captain option or do United and Spurs risk nullifying each other’s attack ?

I can’t see Mourinho letting the game open up, meaning it’s worth trusting someone else with the armband this week.

I’m avoiding Lukaku during this tricky fixture period, United are struggling recently and I can’t see them scoring goals. Kane is a captain option with his incredible away form and United appear defensively frail with question marks over the fitness of Jones and Bailly.

United could nullify the Tottenham attack but Spurs look tasty and with Harold (Kane) in scintillating form he could easily bag a goal, especially with United’s injuries mounting up.

Which fixture are you most looking forward to watching this game week and which alcoholic drink will be by your side?

United and Spurs is the big game of the weekend but Bournemouth Chelsea looks like it will be more enjoyable to watch with a nice cold Belgian beer in honour of Eden Hazard.

I’m looking forward to the big match, Manchester United v Spurs in the early kick off. I’ll likely have a Magners Dark Fruit by my side for a spooky Halloween beverage.

Probably United and Spurs massive game and ill be drinking dark fruits no suprises there.

Based on fixtures and current form, which player risks eating the poison pre-match lasagne (deliver a flop performance) this week?

Watford defenders are becoming more popular and while their opponent this week, Stoke, are bad, they still score goals.

Ben Foster as he’s been struggling with injury and it won’t take him long to crumble under the superiority of the Manchester City attack! I expect negative points due to the number of goals conceded and failure to save a penalty.

Based on form anyone from West Ham or Everton although I expect Everton performances to improve now Koeman has gone.

At the end of this Gameweek, who will be the must own player on every manager’s to-buy list?

Eden Hazard and Alexis Sanchez will enter the fray with at least an assist each and remind everyone why they have been such popular picks over the years.

Richarlison. If you don’t have him already, he’s an excellent budget enabler with consistent returns. Watford have a nice run of fixtures coming up.

Eden Hazard, hard to get in at his price but his ownership percentage should be considered a crime
