WARRINGTON Wolves have revealed their final squad for Friday's pre-season friendly against Widnes Vikings.

All 13 of the players named in the starting side published last week remain involved, with new signings Oli Leyland, Dan Russell and Alfie Johnson set for their first run-outs for the club alongside senior players Stefan Ratchford and Zane Musgrove.

However, we now know the make-up of the remainder of the squad and it includes a young player set to make a comeback from injury.

Prop Luke Thomas is set to come off the bench having completed his recovery from the ACL injury that cost him his entire 2024 campaign.

The Wales international suffered the injury at this stage of last year during Joe Philbin's Testimonial match having signed a new three-year deal with The Wire earlier in the off-season.

They will be joined among the interchanges by several members of the club's reserves and academy sides, who were scheduled to feature in a friendly at Halifax Panthers on January 12 before the match was postponed due to the nationwide cold snap.
