FOOTBALL: Peter Crouch compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic
When comparing Peter Crouch to other strikers, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not top of the list - or anywhere near it for that matter for most of us - but not one former teammate.
Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Yannick Kamanan has showered praise on the lanky Stoke Citystriker, putting him in his prime alongside Paris Saint-Germain star Ibrahimovic.
"Peter, contrary to what people think, isn't just a player who can head the ball," Kamanan told SoFoot. "He's actually very, very technical.
"When you talk about a combination of size and ball control, for me, there's only Zlatan who's better than him."
Ibrahimovic has 276 goals in club matches in his glittering career, for some of the world's biggest clubs - Juventus, Barcelona, PSG and both the Milan clubs, as well as scoring 59 times for Sweden.
Meanwhile Crouch has struck 132 times for Liverpool, Spurs and other less-illustrious clubs like QPR, Portsmouth, Southampton, Aston Villa and now Stoke.
