Former Chelsea and Arsenal star linked with sensational Premier League return
Former Chelsea and Arsenal star Willian is being linked with a sensational return to the Premier League this winter.
The 36-year-old left English football last year, joining Olympiacos from Fulham. However, his time in Greece ended prematurely after making just 11 appearances in all competitions.
Willian is now assessing his options and has reportedly been offered to a number of Premier League clubs, who are looking to bolster their attacking options this month. The Telegraph report Everton is one of those clubs.

Although Everton are said to have shown interest in him, they also have other targets on their list and therefore, it remains unclear whether they will make a move. William however, would make an instant impact for the Toffees in their fight against relegation this season.
Having played for Arsenal, Chelsea and Fulham in his career, Willian could join a fourth English club. Fulham captain Tom Cairney is an admirer of the veteran.
"Willian, it’s not even close. I think football brain, out of this world," Cairney said. "In my opinion, I don’t think he gets the recognition he deserves in the Premier League.
"I think he was one of the best players in the Premier League for four or five years, but because he played in the same team as Eden Hazard, who kind of took a lot of the limelight – and rightly so, he was the best player – but I thought Willian was special, very special."
At Chelsea, Willian won two Premier League titles in the 2014/15 and 2016/17 seasons as well as the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Europa League. Although his time at Stamford Bridge was successful, the same cannot be said of his time at Arsenal.
He struggled to hit the same heights at the Emirates and was made just 37 appearances in all competitions during the 2020/21 campaign.
