Former Derry manager Rory Gallagher set for new coaching role with leading Leinster club
Rory Gallagher will be coaching with Kildare champions Naas this season.
The former Fermanagh, Donegal and Derry boss will be part of manager Joe Murphy's set-up.
Naas are an ambitious outfit, winning the last four Kildare titles and they reached the Leinster Club SFC final in 2023, losing to Kilmacud.

In a statement, the club said: "Joe Murphy has been reappointed into the role of Naas senior football manager for 2025.
"Joe has confirmed that his management team will consist of Rory Gallagher, Padraic Cribben, Kevin Martin, Martin Sweeney and Fionn Higgins."
Gallagher was most recently coaching with Corduff in Monaghan and hasn't managed since stepping away from the Derry post before they played Armagh in the 2023 Ulster final.
That came in the wake of allegations of domestic abuse made against him on social media by his estranged wife, Nicola.
Gallagher denied the allegations and was cleared by the GAA authorities last February to return to coaching and management.
The Fermanagh native was repeatedly linked with a return to the Derry job following the departure of Mickey Harte before the Oak Leafers appointed Paddy Tally in November.
