Four players who could follow Mauricio Pochettino and complete Chelsea transfer exit
There is set to be major upheaval at Chelsea this summer following the news that Mauricio Pochettino has left the club. After just one season, the Argentinian has departed the Blues, having led them back into European competition.
Pochettino guided the Blues to a sixth-placed finish in the Premier League and they will find out this weekend if that means Europa League or Conference League football next season.
Having been languishing in mid-table for much of the campaign, the turnaround was stark and Pochettino looked set to be in place for another season. His contract was due to run for another year, but Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali have decided to go their separate ways, meaning they are on the lookout for a new manager once more.
Chelsea were already making plans for the summer with the potential to see plenty of incoming signings and outgoings at Stamford Bridge. And it could be that a few players who were Pochettino favourites could end up following him out of the exit door.
Here, football.london takes a look at the players who could be on their way out of west London...
Conor Gallagher
A firm Pochettino favourite and the player who wore the captain's armband on a regular basis in the absence of Reece James and Ben Chilwell.
There has been much speculation about his future in the last few years, with the likes of Tottenham and Newcastle interested in his services. He has just one year left on his current contract and there have been no talks over a new deal.
Pochettino wanted to keep him, but Gallagher represents 'pure profit' to the owners, having come through the academy. And he could be used to balance the books with the threat of Financial Fair Play and Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules hanging over them.

Raheem Sterling
Has hardly set the world alight in the Blue of Chelsea since joining from Manchester City and he was in and out of the team this season.
There remain links with the Saudi Pro League, having turned down the chance to move there last summer. Sterling is understood to be keen to stay in west London, but the change in manager could affect that.
Trevoh Chalobah
Like Gallagher, Chalobah represents pure profit for Chelsea should they sell him and there have been reports that the Blues are willing to listen to offers of £25million or more for the central defender.
He has more than proved his worth at Chelsea in the last few months, becoming an important pick for Pochettino's first team. But with the boss gone, he too could be on his way out.
Malang Sarr
Malang Sarr is unlikely to be following Pochettino anywhere, that is for sure. Sarr was unfortunately the butt of plenty of social media jokes when Pochettino appeared to forget who he was.
Despite this, though, Sarr remains a player on the periphery and with the number of players Chelsea have at their disposal, he is likely to look for something else this summer.
He also has only one year left on his current contract, so if he does not go this summer, there is only January left before he leaves for nothing next year.
