France and Morocco battle it out later today in a semi-final clash to decide who will play Argentina for the World Cup trophy.

A 2-1 quarter-final victory over England saw Les Bleus move into the last four, surviving a real scare as Harry Kane missed a late penalty when he had the chance to equalise and potentially send a thrilling game into extra-time.

France are now huge favourites to make it to another World Cup final, but Morocco have every reason to be confident after they beat Portugal 1-0 to make history.

France vs Morocco prediction

It has been a monumental effort for Morocco to get this far, having to lift themselves after beating Spain in the last-16 to then get the better of Portugal in the quarter-finals.

This looks like it could be one match too far for them, particularly with a squad that is now increasingly stretched.

France have shown they do not have to be at their best to get the job done in the tournament, and they look set to reach a second World Cup final in a row.

France to win, 2-0.
