Frank Lampard has named his Coventry City team to face Leeds United
Frank Lampard has named new signing Matt Grimes in his Coventry City matchday squad but the midfielder is not starting against Leeds United at the CBS Arena.
The Sky Blues boss has stuck with a winning side from the weekend’s 2-0 win at Swansea City, although Grimes is expected to feature at some stage from the bench.
In-form Oliver Dovin continues in goal while the back three stays the same, with Joel Latibeaudiere and Liam Kitching deployed either side of Bobby Thomas at the heart of the defensive trio.

Milan van Ewijk is once again deployed at right wing-back and Jake Bidwell continues in the team ahead of Jay Dasilva at left wing-back, while the midfield three sees Jamie Allen in the holding role, with Victor Torp and Jack Rudoni operating as number eights.
That leaves Brandon Thomas-Asante and Ellis Simms up front as the pair look to further develop their promising partnership in the current 3-5-2 formation.
