Frankie Stringer added to Natasha Jonas undercard as title hopes outlined
Frankie Stringer will be looking to claim his third victory of 2024 when he returns to the ring on the undercard of Natasha Jonas’s unification fight against Ivana Habazin next month. Jonas will make her long-awaited return to the ring when she takes on WBC welterweight belt-holder Habazin at the Exhibition Centre on Saturday, December 14.
And it has now been confirmed that Stringer, who emphatically stopped Campee Phayom in the first round of their contest in Dubai last time out, will feature on the undercard of the huge showdown. Stringer, who is a former Rotunda ABC Tri Nations and national champion, is managed by Liam Smith and revealed last month that he had signed a promotion deal with Boxxer and wanted to be challenging for titles by the end of next year.
"I am absolutely over the moon. It is what you dream of as a kid when you are young, fighting on Sky Sports," he told International Boxing News.

"It is going to be an exciting 12 months for me. I have been on massive shows, and it is nothing new. I am getting better and better in the gym, getting stronger and stronger. People will see better performances.
"By the end of next year, I want titles. I want to start pushing on, and I want good fights. You have got to win a British champion before you win any title. I am just going to keep climbing the rankings, so hopefully I will get there in the next year or two."
Super-welterweight Mason Cartwright will also feature on the bill. The former two-time British title challenger from Ellesmere Port returned to winning ways last time out with a points victory over Serge Ambomo.
