Children can enjoy free sports sessions at a Pembrokeshire leisure centre.

The sessions, designed for children between the ages of five and eight, will start on Monday, February 3 at Fishguard Leisure Centre.

They will take place every Monday during term time from 4.15pm to 5pm.

Organised by Sport Pembrokeshire Active Young People officers with help from Ysgol Bro Gwaun's young ambassadors, the sessions offer a chance to try new sports and improve movement skills.
