Goalkeeper leaves Salisbury Football Club to join Plymouth Parkway
A Goalkeeper has left Salisbury Football Club to join Plymouth Parkway for an undisclosed fee.
Alex Rutter joined Salisbury FC in January 2024 and has been an unused substitute several times this season.
He spent a period on loan with Wimborne Town earlier in the season and has now moved on to find more first-team chances.
It’s the first time Plymouth Parkway have paid a fee for a keeper, and Rutter will join former Salisbury City striker Chris McPhee, manager at Parkway.

"All at Salisbury FC wish Alex the best in the future and hope to see him doing well at Plymouth Parkway."
Alex joined Salisbury FC from League of Ireland Premier side Galway United in January 2024 and made his debut off the bench away to Gosport Borough.
Having previously represented Swansea City, Poole Town, and Hume City in Australia, Alex is an excellent shot-stopper.
