Hargreaves leads the way for Hereford Taekwondo Club
HEREFORD Taekwondo Club celebrated significant victories at the British Championships, held in Worcester towards the end of last year.
The event featured top competitors from across the country, showcasing the best in martial arts talent.
Ben Hargreaves led the club's success by securing the gold medal in the men’s 4th Dan and above patterns category.
His performance impressed the judges and earned him the highest score in this competitive field.
In the men's blue belt patterns, Ted Williams brought home a silver medal, demonstrating his commitment and hard work.
Williams’ performance was a testament to the rigorous training and support he has received from his coaches and fellow club members.
Adding to the club's accolades, Dan Evans achieved a bronze medal in the men's lightweight sparring category.
“His spirited matches captivated the audience and showcased the competitive spirit that defines the Hereford Taekwondo Club.,” a club statement said.
“The achievements of these athletes reflect the club's dedication to excellence and the high standards of training provided.
“The Hereford Taekwondo Club continues to inspire both current and future members to pursue their martial arts journey with passion and perseverance.”
